RETURN POLICY

ORIGINAL ART : All original art sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

PRINTS: All prints and framed prints are fulfilled through a third-party, Printful. Please refer to their website for return policy here. If your shipment arrives damaged, send photos directly to support@printful.com and they will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you!

SHIPPING

ORIGINAL ART : Originals ship separately from prints as the original art is sent directly from the KATE.jjj studio and prints ship from a third-party. Please allow 3-5 days for original artwork to be shipped and please contact KATE.jjj studio if you'd like to request a signature upon delivery. If you want to pick up original art in person, shipping cost will be eliminated if you email through the CONTACT page. Discounted price stated in the description of the artwork.

PRINTS : All prints and framed prints are handled by a third-party, Printful. While we can't guarantee a delivery time, most prints ship out within 3-5 business days. Times may differ for framed prints.

TERMS & SERVICES

All rights, including reproduction rights, remain to KATE.jjj INC.; sale of artwork does not mean transfer of rights to collector. Original artwork may appear slightly different in color compared to images seen on website. 

COMMISSIONS

KATE.jjj is not currently taking commissions. However, if/when commissions do open, subscribers of the Collectors List will know first! Be sure to sign up to receive special offers and studio updates.
