This is a painting that is so specific to my life that I almost hesitate writing about it here in fear that it will keep you from finding your own meaning in it. I’ll leave out the concept, the narrative, and just let you know that I hadn’t realized I spelled “Pursuit” wrong until well after the painting was complete. And that, in itself, is the only thing that really matters.
